  • Do I have to pay a fee to buy online?

No, there is no additional fee for purchasing your agent website online.  However, once you enter your credit card information, you will be charged for the setup fee and a monthly recurring fee for your website.

 

  • Once I start paying online can I stop and pay another way?

Yes, if you need to pay another way, you can contact the Accounts and Billing Department at SalesSupport@realestatedigital.com  

Be sure to include your account information in your request.

 

  • Do I have to give you my email address to pay online?

Yes, Real Estate Digital needs your email address and contact information in order to have our Implementation Team reach out to you to set up your new website.  Rest assured that Real Estate Digital does not sell or share its lists with any other company.

 

  • How secure is my information?

     

    The Real Estate Digital e-store follows the most current and up-to-date standards for keeping information secure.

     

     

     

  • What types of accounts can I use to pay online?

     

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards for payment.

     

     

  • When will my payment be reflected on my account?

     

    Your payment will be reflected 2 to 3 business days after your make the purchase online.  Going forward, you will see the monthly charge reflected based on the date that you opened the account.  All charges will be shown as RealEstateWeb.

     

     

  • When will funds be deducted from my account?

The charges will be deducted based on your original purchase date and all charges will be shown as RealEstateWeb.

  • What if I have multiple accounts?

     

    If you have multiple accounts and you want to consolidate them into one account, please contact your Billing and Support Department at SalesSupport@realestatedigital.com

     

  • How to I access my online payment account?

     

    All receipts will have a link to access your payment account online.
